Beth Goddard

Beth has been facilitating learning programmes for the last 25 years and people have described her as Purposeful, Powerful, Playful, Present-full and as a person who works in Partnership with others. Throughout the course of her career, she has focused on developing people in leadership positions or transition points in their life and, as a passionate advocate of ‘championing the underdog’ (the result of being a teenage Mum), ensuring that she practices what she teaches in terms of equality, diversity, and opportunities for all.

Gil McClure

As a Mountain Leader and Running Coach Gil loves to create spaces for people to explore and discover the power of adventure and movement. Gils background in youth development, event coordination, project management, and experiential learning has allowed her to find a beautiful combination of her passion for people and creating exciting experiences that challenge people, enabling learning and growth. My personal journey with challenge and adventure is all about taking what I love about the physicality of exploring, pushing myself, and finding peace and space in movement and nature, and applying that to other areas and elements of my life that make up this Adventure.
