We’re B Corp certified!
At Charity People we’ve long been connecting purpose-driven organisations with ambitious, ethically minded candidates, who thrive together as a force for good.
We unite these people because we want to leave the world in a better place than when we started. But, we don’t just claim to care. Guided by our values, we’re dedicated to showing that we care deeply too. How? By becoming B Corp certified.
What is B Corp?
B Corp certification recognises businesses committed to enabling positive change. It brings together a global community, proving that profit and purpose can work hand in hand, while holding these companies to the highest standards of social and environmental impact, accountability, and transparency.

Our B Corp Score
To achieve B Corp status, businesses must get a score of at least 80 points – for reference, ‘typical’ businesses would normally score around 51 points.
With this in mind, we’re exceptionally pleased to share our score of 138.8 points. This is testament to all the hard work and commitment across the whole Charity People team.
”I am absolutely delighted to see Charity People receive B Corp accreditation, and incredibly proud of the whole team whose work has enabled us to score nearly 139 points (against a target of 80!) as part of the rigorous and objective, B Corp assessment process.
