The journey so far…………
This past year has tested us. Market conditions have been challenging, unpredictable, and at times, unforgiving. Yet through it all, we’ve remained incredibly united. That sense of togetherness, of shared purpose and mutual support has been our strength. I feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside a team of people who care deeply, work tirelessly, and continue to show up with commitment and clarity.
Despite the headwinds, we’ve made real progress. We’ve taken time to re-establish who we are and who we are for. That clarity has been hard-won, and it’s something I’m genuinely proud of. It’s helped us make better decisions, stay focused, and move forward with confidence.
It was a huge year in many ways but a personal highlight was receiving the B corp accreditation. An aspiration that had been discussed internally for many years.
Not only did we achieve the required score, we did so with a score that appears to be the highest of any recruiter globally. It’s a hugely powerful endorsement of how we operate and what we stand for, and something we’re incredibly proud of.
This report reflects the work, the values, and the impact of a team that refused to be defined by the difficulties of any market conditions. It’s a snapshot of what we’ve achieved together and a reminder of what’s possible when we work together.
