Dawn has always been passionate about charities; she has been recruiting into the sector since 2013 and previous to that was a community and events fundraiser. Having had direct experience in fundraising has definitely been beneficial to her understanding the requirements from clients and matching that with the right candidate. She feels very privileged to get the opportunity to support people with their career development within the charity sector.

When she is not recruiting, you’ll find her running escape rooms, on the dance floor, exploring the great outdoors or off to the most random and quirky event that she can find… and if there is an excuse to wear a costume that’ll suit her even more.
