”Glen was proactive in contacting me about a CEO role that wouldn't have been on my radar had he not made me aware of it. Our initial conversation was professional, informative and relaxed. Having decided to apply for the role, Glen provided relevant information and answered my questions in a timely fashion, enabling me to provide an application tailored to the role. Throughout the recruitment and interview process Glen has spent valuable time building our relationship, his high level of emotional intelligence helped ensure I was fully informed and prepared for the final interview, his support has been priceless. I was successful in securing the role but, that said, I would still be writing the same recommendation had I not been. I have no hesitation in recommending Glen to recruiting organisations and candidates alike.

”I recently worked with Glen on the recruitment of an Interim CEO for Hackney Foodbank. Glen professionally managed the process from start to finish, from advertising the position, sourcing candidates and managing the interview process. It was incredibly seamless, which is testament to how Glen communicated with both ourselves and the candidates. I would highly recommend Glen and Charity People if recruiting in the charitable sector. Thank you again Glen.

”I enjoyed working with Glen. He really understood what the client wanted in their Director of Communications. This helped me prepare and ensured there was a good match of expectations on both sides ahead of the interview. He kept me completely in the loop during the process and continued to check in as we finalised details.

”I am more than pleased to recommend Glen who successfully recruited an Executive Director for us recently. He managed the process very professionally and efficiently, taking time to find out about our charity and what we were looking for. He searched effectively and offered us a longlist of highly suitable potential candidates. He helped us a great deal with process and selection and provided central London interview facilities. We are indebted to him for an intelligent, friendly, diplomatic and effective service, keeping us up to date at all times and working with us closely to completion. All in all, a very positive experience.

”Glen is like a breath of fresh air in the recruitment world. He listens to the organisation, their ethos and role requirements. Brings his expert knowledge into the sourcing. In our recent sourcing, he went over and beyond. I did not feel hassled, but rather, supported. Glen only bought top quality candidates that he had sourced from beyond usual methods, which meant it was a pleasure to pay for the right candidate.

”Glen has been a consistent source of high quality interview candidates. He takes time to understand a business' needs, and the particulars of a role. Then he sifts through his contact to provide candidates that fit the bill. As a recruiter, it is refreshing to find someone who takes the time and care to sort the wheat from the chaff rather than just flooding your inbox with CVs. It makes shortlisting so much quicker and easier. On top of that, he's just a really nice guy.
