Meet Tiku, a dedicated and experienced professional with a diverse background spanning three decades in the media, creative, and charity sectors.
Having emigrated to England in 1983, she brings a unique perspective to her work and a deep appreciation for cultural diversity. Tiku’s passion lies in championing human rights and addressing inequalities, with a strong commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in all aspects of society.
As part of her mission to positively impact the community, she serves as a trustee on the board of Mind in Enfield and Barnet, contributing her expertise to support mental health initiatives in the community. Additionally, she actively participates in the EDI committee at Charity People, striving to ensure that Charity People cultivates a diverse and inclusive environment and share these practices with her clients.
Specialising in Board and CEO appointments, Tiku uses her vast experience and knowledge to serve the sector and match exceptional leaders with organisations aligning with their vision and values.
Outside work, Tiku finds much joy cooking, particularly when preparing curries. She shares her home with her husband and two beloved feline companions, Rani and Shiva, who hold a special place in her heart.
