Who is this course for?

This EDI course is tailor-made and designed specifically with the current recruitment challenges facing the charity and non-profit sector.  During the 2022 programmes we had a wide range of people from multiple teams and departments attend.  The important thing is that attendees are willing to share thoughts and the knowledge they have gained while recruiting and a willingness to make changes.  Past attendees have included:

  • HR team members
  • Project managers
  • Directors
  • Department Heads and Leads
  • Trustees who take part in recruitment panels
  • EDI committee members or champions
