Delivering multi-vacancy projects that make an impact

We know that recruiting for multiple roles at once can take up your valuable time, resources and headspace, which is why you need a partner who can guide you through these efficiently and effectively. At Charity People, we bring all our years of experience, our in-depth market insights and our unique approach, to match you with ambitious talents who are passionate about achieving your mission alongside you.

When you are recruiting for multiple roles at once it is imperative to think about the narrative surrounding these new hires. Our experience in working with a variety of organisations to craft this messaging will dramatically increase the visibility and reach of your campaign.

We can assist you in finding multiple team members across our specialist areas, for roles of all levels of seniority – from junior positions right through to senior leadership vacancies. Looking beyond the standard process of matching skills, we carefully identify those with the drive and the core beliefs to help you amplify the impacts of your organisation. And we do this whilst coordinating the logistics of managing a variety of shortlisting and interviews.

About usOur Specialisms

SOS Children’s Villages

We were brought on board by the interim Director of Fundraising and Marketing having secured significant investment to expand their Fundraising and Marketing directorates. Based in Cambridge, but with flexible working on offer we were tasked with providing a thorough search of the local area whilst exploring conversations with the most talented individuals who would consider travelling to Cambridge a couple of times per week. All roles were filled within the estimated time-frame (3 months).

AdviceUK

In 2024, Charity People were delighted to support AdviceUK, a small charity which improves the lives of people in need of advice through support to its member, with the recruitment of several roles. This was an exciting time to join AdviceUK’s growing team as they launched a new three-year strategy and the charity made a significant investment in capacity, new support services and innovation to deliver the support and advice that members, the wider advice sector and their communities need. Charity People supported the successful appointment of a new Policy and Public Affairs team including Head of Policy and Public Affairs, Policy and Public Affairs Manager, Policy and Public Affairs Officer, Policy and Public Affairs Administrator, Research and Policy Analyst, Marketing and Communications Officer and Funding and Programmes Manager. We also recruited an HR Partner, IT Officer and Head of Finance and People - through an exclusive multi-vacancy partnership.

Eden Project Communities

Eden Project Communities sought to build a new team to deliver positive social action across the whole of the UK. Specifically we recruited a Head of Digital, a Digital Manager, a Marketing Manager, a Social Media Manager and various Community Network Developers.

For this project and all multi-vacancy projects we take on, we allocate expert recruiters to work with you, pairing them up with researchers and our Marketing Department to ensure they have the tools needed to bring the roles to life. Once we understand more about your specific needs, we will be able to confirm your project team. All project teams are headed up by one of our Directors.
