Charity People are thrilled to be working in partnership with Butterwick Hospice Care to recruit a new Fundraiser to join their driven and energetic team.
‘Every moment counts’ at this local children’s charity. This wonderful organisation provides a happy and bright environment with holistic services to children and their families, where they can access emotional, practical, and social support from skilled professionals. This is a special and unique opportunity for a talented Fundraiser, who is passionate about seeing first-hand the difference they make every day.
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Contract: 37.5 hours per week
Location: on site at the Stockton hospice and from home; hybrid working

This is a really unique opportunity to focus on either corporate or community fundraising, or a mix of both. We are really open to candidates coming with an interest in developing one or both of those income streams. This exciting role will work closely with an ambitious and highly motivated fundraising team to build and develop the organisation’s portfolio of hospice lead activities and community/corporate initiatives. You will be responsible for inspiring new individuals, local community groups and corporate partnerships to raise funds in support of Butterwick Hospice Care. You’ll be out and about raising awareness of the charity and its work, building relationships with donors and corporate partners, organising events and maintaining donor and corporate data and communications.
Ideally you will have;
* A proven track-record of working towards and achieving sales/income targets
* Previous experience of fundraising would be great but if you are a brilliant relationship developer or have a sales/marketing or business development background we would love to chat..
* Exceptional communications skills; both verbally and in writing
* Strong networking and relationship building skills
