Charity People are proud to be partnering with the Women and Girls Network in their search for a new HR Advisor.
Women and Girls Network (WGN) is a pan-London charity which supports women and girls affected by all forms of gender-based violence. WGN’s services provide a holistic, integrated healing journey which promotes total, sustainable recovery, supporting women and girls who have survived so they can thrive.
The Role:
To provide comprehensive HR advice and support which contributes to the delivery of a comprehensive and effective people orientated function. Ensuring all team members, beneficiaries and stakeholders have an excellent experience of the service and WGN.
As with all team members, the post holder will be expected to actively contribute to a culture that values and respects diversity and development, and which strives for quality and best practice.
The Human Resources Advisor will work closely with the Human Resources Administrator and Human Resources Manager, referring to the Human Resources Manager and / or the Director of Operations and Development for advice and guidance on matters that fall outside the parameters of their role. Sensitive issues and complex matters potentially impacting on the operation of the charity will be discussed and managed in consultation with the leadership team.
About you:
Highly experience pro-active organised HR professional with demonstrable experience of handling sensitive and confidential communication, information and data and of ensuring complete discretion.
