HR Advisor
12-Month Maternity Contract
London/Hybrid with two days in the office
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: Up to £34,000 depending on experience

Charity People are proud to be partnering with a leading Membership Institute to help bring on board an HR Advisor for a 12-month maternity contract.
As part of a busy, vibrant HR team, the HR Advisor will partner with colleagues across the business and provide exceptional support throughout the colleague life cycle as they continues to transform as an organisation and be in the best shape for the future. The postholder will lead on recruitment, Employee Relations issues and project work and be committed to committed to making them a ‘great place to work’.
Key responsibilities:
- You will provide high quality professional advice and support to managers and colleagues
- You will proactively improve systems and processes using your own initiative
- You will lead on recruitment during an exciting period of change
- You will produce reports in an accurate and meaningful manner using the HR system
- You will keep up to date with relevant legislation and HR trends
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in an HR generalist role with demonstrable experience and knowledge of HR policies and procedures and offering high quality professional advice and support on all HR related matters. You will be proactive and creative with high attention to detail, an excellent customer service focused approach in a fast-paced environment, and a team player with the ability to build positive working relationships.
