We’re excited to be working with the Chartered Quality Institute to hire their new Multimedia Content Producer.

The Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) is a leading professional body for quality management professionals.

This role is mostly home based, with a minimum requirement to be office-based (Chancery Lane, London) two days per month. However, some flexibility around this is essential.

As Multimedia Content Producer, you will play a pivotal role in creating and managing various forms of online professional development content. Producing written, audio, and visual content, all while promoting CQI’s initiatives. Your contributions will be vital in advancing our corporate goals and delivering value to our members.

On any given day you will be involved in duties including:

  • Generate innovative content ideas, such as interviews and how-to videos.
  • Coordinate with other departments to identify potential content opportunities.
  • Utilise analytics and audience insights to enhance content planning and impact.
  • Produce original audio, video, and animated content for CQI channels.
  • Commission content from external sources and ensure quality standards.
  • Coordinate external audio/visual support as needed.
  • Support the delivery of CQI webinars, corporate round tables, and volunteer network events by producing visual assets, contributing to content planning, conducting interviews and recordings, and creating post-event content assets.
  • Manage content projects from concept to delivery, including stakeholder management, budget oversight, and progress measurement.
