Multi-Vacancy Projects

We have a strong track record of collaborating with charities to deliver complex, multi-vacancy recruitment campaigns

A successful managed campaign requires dedication, hard-work, creativity, seamless collaboration and excellent market insight. The breadth and depth of experience across our team makes us the partner of choice for charities looking to hire multiple roles across different departments or functions at the same time. We also have experience of building fundraising teams from scratch and addressing specific E,D & I requirements through targeted campaigns.

Some example projects are listed below but get in touch to find out more about successful multi-vacancy campaigns we have delivered.

SOS Children’s Villages (x8 positions)

We were brought on board by the interim Director of Fundraising and Marketing in 2018 having secured significant investment to expand their Fundraising and Marketing directorates. Based in Cambridge, but with flexible working on offer we were tasked with providing a thorough search of the local area whilst exploring conversations with the most talented individuals who would consider travelling to Cambridge a couple of times per week. All roles were filled within the estimated time-frame (3 months).

Independent Age

We partnered with Independent Age at a tipping point in the organisation’s development in 2018 when they wished to increase their public profile and significantly grow voluntary income, with the aim of building better and more meaningful engagement with their key audiences and accelerating the number of people who get and give support through Independent Age. This was an extensive and highly successful recruitment campaign, which saw us fill 30 roles over a period of 3-months.

Faith & Belief Forum (x3 positions)

The Faith and Belief Forum (FBF) contacted us in November 2020, seeking to appoint 3 Senior Management roles that would support the CEO in the running, and future growth of the organisation.

These were critical hires for FBF, roles that would play a key part in shaping the future direction of the organisation. They were also all part time positions and we were instructed to undertake positive action through each of the recruitment processes to ensure the organisation reached as diverse audience as possible.
