Declaration

I hereby declare that:

• The details given above are accurate and truthful.
• I understand that Charity People act on my behalf as an agent and that any information provided to Charity People on this application form may be verified.
• If I wish to a leave a temporary assignment, I will give one week’s notice to Charity People
• I will inform Charity People at the earliest opportunity possible if I am going to be late or unable to attend an interview or assignment for any reason.
• I will not share any information including clients’ names, job descriptions or any other business sensitive information with third parties.
• I will make Charity People aware of any conversations I have at my place of work regarding any changes to my role, hourly rate, hours of work, extensions etc.
• If I am invited to interview for any roles internally; temp, contract or perm, I will inform Charity People immediately and keep them informed throughout the process.
• If I am offered a contract internally I will notify Charity People and email my consultant with the details of the job offer including; job title, salary and start date.
• I am willing to work more than 48 hours in a week if necessary during my assignment and I understand this is optional.
