The project

Alzheimer’s Research UK is the UK’s leading dementia research charity, dedicated to causes, diagnosis, prevention, treatment and cure.

Their mission is to bring about the first life-changing dementia treatment by 2025. Their vision is a world where people are free from the fear, harm and heartbreak of dementia.

The organisation had been searching for a Data Protection Manager for over 6 months without success, and came to Charity People.

Our approach

Lucy Honeyman worked on the role, being the first time Alzheimer’s Research UK and Charity People had worked together. Lucy found three strong candidates with ten todays and they recruited one of these individuals after just one interview, as they were such a perfect fit. The candidate was over the moon to be offered the role so quickly and Alzheimer’s Research UK was also delighted with the outcome.
