The project
The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple is one of four Inns of Court exclusively entitled to Call their members to the Bar of England and Wales, and is proud to provide support, education and accommodation to barristers at every stage of their careers.
Middle Temple had advertised the role of Finance Assistant multiple times with limited success when Charity People reached out to them.
Our approach
Angela Chellappah, lead consultant for the role, spent time with the client looking at the job description and advising on salary, and how these factors were contributing to a difficult search.
Following a tight deadline, CVs were submitted, resulting in interviews and an offer to a candidate. This was a success, with the individual joining the society at the end of May 2022.
