In July 2025, Charity People was engaged by Animals Asia, a global animal welfare charity, to recruit a Global Head of Supporter Care on a 12-month maternity cover contract. The role was critical in leading supporter care and gift processing across five international fundraising markets. Due to the nature of the cover, the turnaround was urgent, with interviews scheduled to begin within 10 days of the advert going live.

”I've just begun a new role thanks to Jen's guidance. It was great to have Jen's encouragement and sounding-board advice during application and leading through interviews. Jen was knowledgeable about the recruiting client which was hugely encouraging. With this being a fixed term contract, I will certainly be reaching out to Jen when the time next comes.
