The project
WAVE Trust is an international charity dedicated to making the world safer by reducing the root causes of violence, including child abuse, neglect and domestic violence. They do this by understanding the causes of, and global best practice in addressing these issues.
In 25 years, over 80,000 children and their families have befitted from their work.
Charity People worked with WAVE Trust to search for a new CEO, with the existing Founder-CEO semi-retiring.
Our approach
The organisation was delighted with the calibre of the candidates supplied and said it exceeded expectations. Geoffrey Dennis was appointed in June 2022 with over 30 years experience in senior and CEO roles across the charity sector. He is pleased to be joining ‘an amazing charity’ and is looking forward to helping WAVE transform even more children’s lives across the UK and across the globe.
