Fabrice Yala

Having started his career focused on delivering positive change for children and young people within social mobility and education charities, Fabrice then transitioned into widening participation work at a world leading London University.

Following several years within Higher Education and the third sector, Fabrice took a leap into the world of Executive Search specialising in Board and Senior Leadership appointments across mission driven sectors. He is keen to make use of his expertise and endless passion for improving Board diversity and connecting great candidates with the right opportunities that offer an alignment in mission and values.

Most Sundays you can find Fabrice running around for his Sunday League football team at the Hackney Marshes. He enjoys getting lost in a fantasy novel when he gets the chance to as well as spending time with his daughter and finding out about the latest LOL Surprise doll.
