Leading and developing the People and Operations function at Charity People, Liv brings over 10 years of experience in service development, HR and operations across the charity and not‑for‑profit sector. She is deeply passionate about supporting purpose‑driven organisations, with particular interests in women’s empowerment and children’s charities.
As Chair of Charity People’s EDI Committee, Liv plays a key role in championing the organisation’s commitment to creating a fair, inclusive and representative workplace. She leads work to strengthen internal EDI practices, embed inclusive principles across policies and culture, and ensure equity is at the heart of both the candidate and client experience.
Alongside her role at Charity People, Liv is also a Trustee of an arts and community development charity supporting mothers and families in Brighton through creative expression, peer connection and personal empowerment. Her trusteeship reflects her commitment to championing the wellbeing, visibility and voices of women and parents within the community.
Liv spent several years both living and travelling overseas before moving back to the UK and is always happy to chat about her favourite places she has been lucky enough to visit and explore. Outside of work, she is a keen runner and can be found running in the South Downs or along the Brighton and Hove seafront, watching the latest Nordic Noirs or building Lego creations with her young son.
