Alice has been recruiting for the Charity sector since 2008 and is motivated by building lasting partnerships with her candidates and clients. At Charity People she specialises in all things Marketing & Communications and is proud to work with a range of organisations to consistently ensure excellent recruitment which she sees as fundamental to an organisations’ success. She’s worked with many charity professionals throughout their careers, supporting them into new roles as they develop, a journey she loves being part of.
When she’s not out on adventures with her four-year-old daughter she can be found with her nose in a book; an English Literature graduate, reading has always been something she’s passionate about and she’s now happily introducing her little girl to the magic of literature one Julia Donaldson at a time!
In addition to recruitment and reading, she loves art, film, cooking, music and travel; and has recently discovered the joys of gardening and DIY. Since becoming a mother she’s also become a coffee connoisseur!
Alice is passionate about supporting the sector in any way she can, be this volunteering at her local homeless shelter over Christmas, fundraising for a range of causes, or offering career advice and mentoring to young people. Having moved a little way outside of London recently she also has plans for her local area including building a community garden.
