Tanisha has been working in the public and non profit sector since 2021, having previously worked in the private sector. She has experience working in communications roles in both the NHS and higher education sectors. She is our in house marketing specialist and has a knack for all things creative.
Tanisha has lived in four different countries, including the UK, Spain, Gibraltar and Sri Lanka. She is currently reading for a Masters in Literature and Arts part time at the University of Oxford. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, cooking and exploring spaces in the cultural sphere.
She is passionate about all things equity, diversity and inclusion and is an advocate for improving social mobility in underrepresented groups. She frequently spends time volunteering in her home country of Sri Lanka.
