Tatiana is our go‑to specialist for temporary recruitment and an expert in HR hiring across the full remit of permanent, temporary and interim HR roles. With 12 years’ experience in recruitment and eight years dedicated to the charity sector, she delivers efficient, effective and high‑quality staffing solutions for organisations needing immediate support.
In 2023, completing her CIPD Level 5 qualification in HR Management, giving Tatiana a solid grounding in HR practice, employment relations and the operational realities HR teams face. This specialist knowledge allows her to confidently brief, assess and support HR professionals at all levels, and to provide clients with genuinely informed, credible advice on the talent they need.
Tatiana blends her HR expertise with trauma‑informed somatic training and a coaching‑led approach, supporting individuals navigating career change, returning to work or transitioning into the charity sector through temporary roles and beyond.
Outside of work, Tatiana’s life is rooted in community, nature and adventure. She lives aboard Matilda, her beloved boat on London’s canals, embracing a slower, sustainable way of living that keeps her connected with nature. When she’s not recruiting you’ll likely find her hiking up mountains, kite‑surfing, discovering new corners of the world, providing therapy or volunteering with organisations close to her heart.
One of her proudest achievements is establishing and leading the ongoing partnership with Mind, Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies, where for the past five years she has coordinated and delivered free interview preparation workshops and 1:1 CV and job‑search support. Under her guidance, she and Charity People colleagues have helped hundreds of people build confidence, articulate their strengths and take steps towards meaningful employment.
